What is the Canadian Wellness Box?

 

The Canadian Wellness Box is a curated subscription featuring Calm Canadian Wellness products and thoughtfully selected items from Canadian brands and makers. Each box is designed to help you feel good, support Canadian businesses, and discover new favourites.


What kinds of products will I receive?


Each box includes a mix of wellness, self-care, and lifestyle items. Products may include balms, body care, everyday essentials, and seasonal favourites. Every item is chosen with intention and quality in mind.


Do the products have expiry dates?

Yes — some products do. This is common for small-batch, Canadian-made wellness items using real ingredients. We ensure everything included has ample shelf life and is meant to be used and enjoyed.


Will I receive the same items every time?

 

No. Part of the experience is discovery. Each box is curated to feel fresh and exciting, and product selections may vary from box to box.

 

Are all products Canadian-made?

We prioritize Canadian-made and Canadian-owned brands. Our goal is to support makers across Canada whenever possible.


Scent Sensitivities & Special Requests


We understand that some people are sensitive to fragrance or essential oils (including migraine triggers).

If you have scent sensitivities or specific requests, please email us directly after placing your order.

We’ll do our best to thoughtfully curate your box with this in mind.


Because each box is curated, we can’t guarantee the exclusion of all possible irritants — but we take these requests seriously and handle them with care.


Subscriptions & Billing


How does the subscription work?

When you subscribe, you’ll be billed at the start of each subscription cycle. Boxes are curated and shipped shortly after the cycle closes.


Can I cancel my subscription?

 

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your customer account.


When will my Canadian Wellness Box ship?


Our Canadian Wellness Box ships once per month on the 20th.

Orders placed by the 18th of the month will ship in that month’s box.

Orders placed after the 18th will roll into the following month’s shipment.


This monthly schedule allows us to thoughtfully curate, pack, and prepare each box with care.


Can I skip or pause a box?

 

At this time, skipping or pausing individual boxes is not available. You’re welcome to cancel and rejoin whenever it works best for you.


Will prices ever change?

 

Subscription pricing is locked in at the time of purchase. Pricing may change in the future as products, packaging, and shipping costs evolve.


Shipping & Delivery

 

 


When will my box ship?

 

Boxes typically ship within 5–7 business days after the subscription cycle closes or your order is placed.


Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. At this time, we ship within Canada only.


Will I receive a tracking number?

Some shipments may not include tracking in order to keep shipping costs accessible. If tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges


Can I return or exchange an item from my box?

Because the Canadian Wellness Box is a curated subscription that includes personal care items, all sales are final. Individual items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Can I get a refund for one item I didn’t like?

 

No. Boxes are sold as a complete curated experience, and refunds or credits are not available for individual items.


What if I don’t like something in my box?

 

That’s completely okay. Discovery is part of the experience. If an item isn’t for you, it’s a great opportunity to gift it to a friend, swap with someone else, or introduce them to the Canadian Wellness Box.


What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

 

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

What happens if my package is marked as delivered but I can’t find it?


Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Unfortunately, we are not able to replace or refund orders that are lost or stolen after delivery.


We recommend shipping to a secure location and checking with neighbours or your local carrier if a package appears missing.

Calm Canadian Wellness products are made with thoughtfully selected natural ingredients and designed to support everyday wellness.


Are Calm products cruelty-free?

 

Yes. Calm products are cruelty-free and made with care.


Are Calm products intended to treat medical conditions?

No. Calm products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
