I’m so excited to officially move forward! Thank you again for everything you’ve shared with me. I’m genuinely looking forward to working together. ❤️

I’ve attached our introductory Maker Placement Agreement along with everything you’ll need for the next steps. The agreement outlines how everything works and keeps this first placement simple for both of us.

To get things started, I’ll just need:

• Your signed agreement
• The best email address for your shipping reimbursement
• The regular retail price of each product you’re sending — what a customer would normally pay for one item. I don’t need the total value of everything you’re sending, just the individual retail price of each product. For example: Lip Balm – $8 each, Soap – $12 each. We use this to accurately calculate the value of each Canadian Wellness Box.

When your products have shipped, just send me a copy of your shipping receipt and we’ll reimburse up to $15 of your standard Canadian shipping costs.

One small note as you prepare everything: for many customers, this will be their first introduction to your brand. Simple touches like business cards, product information, your website or social media, and even a discount code for a future purchase can make it much easier for someone who loves what they discover to find you again.

And please don’t overthink what to send. Whether you’re starting with a handful of products or sending a larger assortment, we’re happy to work with what makes sense for your business. If you want to run quantities or product choices by me before shipping, absolutely reach out.
