I spent some time looking through your content and I’d genuinely love to explore working together.
What we’re building is a little different from a traditional influencer or UGC program.
Canadian Wellness Box exists to help Canadian makers get their products into the hands of real people across the country. Many of the brands featured in our boxes are small, independently owned businesses — often women-owned — creating incredible products that deserve to be discovered.
As a creator, you’re not just reviewing products.
You’re helping introduce Canadian brands to new audiences, supporting small businesses, and becoming part of a community that’s working together to help each other grow.
One of the things I love most about this model is that your content doesn’t just get seen by us.
Because every box features multiple makers, your posts often end up being shared by several brands at once, introducing your content to audiences well beyond your own followers. We regularly highlight creators through our own platforms as well, creating opportunities for everyone involved to grow together.
Before moving forward, I also want to be completely transparent about how our creator program works.
Unlike many brands, we don’t manufacture the products in the box and we don’t earn commissions from the makers whose products are featured. Our role is simply to help connect Canadian brands with customers and creators while building awareness for everyone involved.
Because of that, we ask creators to contribute a flat $12.50 shipping fee toward the cost of getting their box to them. This allows us to continue supporting both creators and Canadian makers in a way that’s sustainable for everyone.
If selected, you’ll receive either a Discovery Box or a Signature Box depending on current inventory, featured makers, and shipping logistics for your region.
Every shipment includes a variety of Canadian-made products from brands across the country, and because every box is unique, the exact contents and box type may vary.
One of the things that makes this program special is that creators often receive different products and different maker combinations. This allows us to support more Canadian businesses while creating unique content opportunities rather than having everyone post the exact same products.
In return, we ask for:
• One Instagram Reel (30 seconds or longer)
• The same Reel shared to your Instagram Story
• Tagging Canadian Wellness Box, The Kind Collective, and the featured makers
From time to time, we may also ask about collaboration posts, but we’ll always discuss that with you first.
One of the unique things about Canadian Wellness Box is that we’re a subscription-based business, which means we’re constantly introducing new makers and new products throughout the year.
If you enjoy your first box and it’s a great fit for both of us, we’re absolutely open to working together again in future shipments. Many of our creator partnerships are intended to grow over time rather than being a one-time collaboration.
Most importantly, we’re looking for creators who genuinely enjoy discovering new products and sharing them in their own authentic style. Follower count isn’t everything to us — connection, creativity, and authenticity matter far more.
